Media Buyer – Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead the paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients utilizing Meta and TikTok platforms.

• Create comprehensive creative testing roadmaps, develop strategic angles, and prepare briefs for editors.

• Oversee client advertising budgets that range from $30k to $1m monthly.

• Analyze the entire sales funnel to pinpoint issues related to creative, offers, or conversions.

• Effectively communicate results, future plans, and next steps to clients.

• Collaborate with UGC creators by sourcing talent, crafting scripts, and directing content when necessary.

• Engage in aggressive testing, rapid learning, and the establishment of scalable frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in scaling eCommerce brands.

• Proficient in managing Meta Ads with actual spending and demonstrable CPA, ROAS, and revenue outcomes.

• Expertise in creating creative testing roadmaps and developing innovative angles.

• Skilled in writing briefs for editors and scripts for UGC.

• Ability to analyze reviews, competitor advertisements, and comments for creative insights.

• Experience collaborating with editors to produce successful ad variations.

• Proficient in diagnosing whether funnel challenges stem from creative, offers, or conversion issues.

• Capable of clearly communicating results, plans, and next steps to clients.

• Competent in sourcing UGC talent and directing content when necessary.

• Ability to challenge assumptions, swiftly adapt, and articulate strategic decisions.

• Demonstrates ownership, urgency, initiative, and follow-through.

• Experience in operating or owning a Shopify store or eCommerce brand is a bonus.

• Video editing or design skills are a plus.
