Junior Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and implement foundational creative strategies.

• Utilize performance data, market research, and innovative concepts to develop effective solutions.

• Prepare materials and assist in strategic discussions with clients.

• Produce clear, well-researched outputs that align with client objectives.

• Foster collaborative relationships through active engagement and ongoing learning.

• Stay updated on industry trends and developments.

• Support initiatives that enhance Thrive Digital's creative and performance capabilities.

• Understand the company mission and values, complete technical onboarding, and get acclimated to a first account within the initial 30 days.

• Contribute to creative briefs, testing plans, and materials for client interactions within the first 60 days.

• Actively engage in account creative strategy, research, recommendations, and discussions with clients within the initial 90 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing paid or performance marketing campaigns (including paid social, search, or programmatic).

• Knowledge of how creative decisions impact CTR, CPA, or ROAS.

• Experience in transforming creative briefs or client objectives into strategic recommendations or creative concepts.

• Familiarity with utilizing competitive, market, or audience research, along with channel performance data to inform or justify creative choices.

• Experience in preparing materials for clients or stakeholders, such as presentations, one-pagers, or recaps.

• Background in collaborating with creative, media, or analytics teams.

• Awareness of current industry and creative trends.

• Legally authorized to work in Mexico.
