Media Buyer, Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients utilizing Meta and TikTok platforms.

• Create comprehensive creative testing roadmaps, devise angles, and craft briefs for editors.

• Evaluate creative performance to pinpoint successful elements.

• Oversee advertising budgets that range from $30,000 to $1,000,000 per month for each client.

• Diagnose issues throughout the full-funnel including creative, offers, and conversions.

• Effectively communicate outcomes, strategies, and forthcoming actions to clients.

• Identify and source UGC talent, compose scripts, and direct content as necessary.

• Assist in scaling successful campaigns and establish frameworks for sustainable growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in scaling eCommerce brands.

• Proficiency in managing Meta Ads with real expenditure and measurable CPA, ROAS, and revenue outcomes.

• Capability to formulate creative testing roadmaps and develop innovative creative angles.

• Skill in writing UGC scripts and creating compelling creative briefs.

• Ability to analyze reviews, competitor advertisements, and comments to derive creative insights.

• Proficient in collaborating with editors to produce effective ad variations.

• Capacity to question assumptions and adapt swiftly to changing circumstances.

• Proficiency in articulating strategic decisions and their underlying rationale.

• Ownership mindset combined with a sense of urgency, initiative, and commitment to follow-through.

• Bonus: Experience in building or managing a Shopify store or eCommerce brand.

• Skills in video editing or design are advantageous.
