Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a portfolio of client advertising accounts from start to finish, with results tracked by cost per booked appointment.

• Onboard new clients by utilizing GoHighLevel, creating landing pages, setting up automations, managing domains, configuring DNS, implementing Meta pixels, and deploying tested ad copy along with creative assets.

• Confirm the functionality of pixels, forms, automations, and CRM lead flow prior to launching campaigns.

• Analyze performance on a daily and weekly basis, focusing on metrics such as cost per booked appointment, CPM, link CPC, link CTR, and cost per lead.

• Implement creative updates, order new creative assets, modify landing pages, adjust budgets, and resolve delivery issues.

• Establish advanced tracking mechanisms, including pixel conditioning and Conversion API integration.

• Oversee GoHighLevel operations, manage Zapier CRM synchronizations, set up A2P and phone systems, and troubleshoot as needed.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and coordinate efforts with the calling-agent VA team.

• Provide account reports every Monday and Thursday and engage in weekly account review meetings.

• Respond promptly and dependably to urgent inquiries via Slack during business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2+ years of practical experience with Meta/Facebook Ads.

• Proficient in GoHighLevel, including funnels, automations, and landing pages.

• Comfortable with technical configurations such as pixels, UTMs, and API connections.

• Must be available to work during EST business hours.

• Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to adhere strictly to established processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with A2P 10DLC is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Zapier, Canva, roofing/HVAC/home services, and a strong proficiency in Claude AI are considered beneficial.
