This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct consultations in medical aesthetics and evaluate guests’ eligibility for treatments.
• Execute authorized non-surgical aesthetic procedures, such as botulinum toxin applications, dermal filler injections, facial rejuvenation and contouring, lip enhancement, skin rejuvenation, and medical-grade skincare therapies.
• Clearly articulate procedures, anticipated results, potential risks, contraindications, and aftercare instructions.
• Secure and document informed consent prior to any treatment.
• Maintain precise, comprehensive, and confidential medical records.
• Offer suitable post-treatment care and follow-up consultations.
• Uphold hygiene standards, infection control, patient safety, and clinical governance practices.
• Oversee aesthetic products, medical supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager and other professionals on board to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Engage in consultations, presentations, promotional activities, and initiatives that support the Medi-Spa operation.
• Adhere to company policies, shipboard medical guidelines, health and safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Provide top-notch aesthetic treatments aboard an international cruise ship to a diverse clientele.
• Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent qualification).
• Valid and current medical license or professional registration.
• Proven experience in aesthetic medicine or medical aesthetics.
• Practical experience in administering botulinum toxin and dermal fillers is highly preferred.
• Additional qualifications or training in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Medicine, or Aesthetic Medicine would be beneficial.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional demeanor and a strong focus on guest service.
• Capability to work autonomously and as part of a multicultural, international team.
• Previous experience in cruise ships, hospitality, or international medical settings would be advantageous.
• Availability and eligibility to complete all necessary seafarer and pre-employment documentation.
• Proof of medical qualifications, current professional license, and relevant training and practical experience in aesthetic medicine are required for shortlisted candidates.
