Mechanical Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with enterprise clients to enhance the utilization of CoLab, particularly with AI tools such as AutoReview and Operator.

• Analyze and address intricate engineering data and integration issues across PLM, ERP, QMS, and conventional design feedback platforms.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to evaluate and implement new CoLab workflows within customer environments.

• Partner with product teams to pinpoint feature deficiencies, enhance functionalities, and optimize AutoReview.

• Create technical documentation, playbooks, and scalable frameworks derived from successful initiatives.

• Offer mechanical engineering expertise to verify AI-generated outcomes and uphold engineering standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably within a medium to large organization.

• Strong comprehension of PLM systems and enterprise engineering data architecture.

• Proven ability to lead technical projects and collaborate across functions.

• Experience engaging with customers or internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and uncertain environments.

• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

• Familiarity with high-level AI architecture, specifically LLMs.

• Understanding of APIs, data integrations, and enterprise architecture concepts.

• Experience in developing internal tools, scripting, or automation (preferred).

• Exposure to AI/ML tools utilized in engineering workflows (preferred).

• Previous experience in design consulting or large-scale product development (preferred).
