Measurement Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of all technical and operational elements of campaigns related to the Measurement segment of the business.

• Collaborate with various internal and external systems and teams to achieve the best results with minimal friction.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Measurement Account Managers, Publishers, Agencies, and Brands.

• Ensure accurate asset implementation and swiftly troubleshoot issues to resolve them effectively.

• Act as a technical expert on measurement product offerings, providing support to the Measurement Account Management team.

• Conduct quality assurance and offer client-facing publisher support for third-party tags.

• Identify discrepancies and work towards their resolution.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for measurement dashboards, platforms, and pixel generation.

• Collaborate with brands and agencies to facilitate pixel implementation on websites through thorough testing and validation.

• Certify and onboard new Publisher Partners.

• Manage reporting processes to ensure the accuracy of data.

• Deliver custom and ad-hoc reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist with quality assurance, testing, and collecting feedback to inform product development.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Ad Operations or a similar capacity.

• At least 1 year of client-facing experience is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or quantitative analysis.

• Fundamental knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with various Demand-Side Platforms (e.g., DV360, TTD) and third-party asset/tracking providers (e.g., DV360, DoubleVerify, MOAT).

• Awareness of AI tools is advantageous.

• Experience with debugging tools such as Charles Web Debugging Proxy and Fiddler.

• Proven experience in website and cross-device tagging and tracking.

• Familiarity with Clean Room environments is a plus.

• Experience in SQL is also a plus.
