Measure Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments.

• Conduct in-home measurements, perform calculations, review quotes, and present findings.

• Deliver professional customer service while nurturing customer relationships.

• Assist with sales, address product inquiries, and coordinate installations.

• Articulate the features and benefits of merchandise and outline the steps for project completion.

• Spot opportunities to engage customers in additional service programs.

• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned tasks.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Travel to various locations to provide support as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Reliable means of transportation is essential.

• High school diploma or GED, typically acquired through completion.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Previous leadership experience is not required.

• Ability to stand or walk continuously, and regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight materials or equipment (8–20 pounds).

• Travel between locations is necessary.

• Must utilize company-issued devices.
