Measure Tech, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Foster, sustain, and enhance customer relationships throughout daily interactions.

• Assist with sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and the coordination of installations.

• Deliver precise measurements, calculations, and conduct quote reviews and presentations.

• Engage customers by asking open-ended questions and actively listening to their project and product requirements.

• Clarify merchandise features, benefits, and the steps involved in project completion.

• Respond to customer inquiries utilizing knowledge of products and services.

• Recognize opportunities to involve customers in additional service programs.

• Travel to various locations to provide support as needed for company operations.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and established work schedules.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Possession of reliable transportation is necessary.

• A high school diploma and/or GED knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through completion.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Prior leadership experience is not required.

• Must be capable of standing or walking continuously and regularly lifting, handling, or carrying materials or equipment weighing between 8 to 20 pounds.
