Measure Tech – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Deliver high-quality professional customer service that aligns with company standards and meets customer expectations.

• Establish, nurture, and enhance customer relationships during daily interactions.

• Assist with sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and coordination of installations.

• Provide precise measurements, calculations, and reviews of quotes and presentations.

• Articulate merchandise features and benefits while outlining the steps for project completion.

• Address customer inquiries utilizing knowledge of products and services.

• Recognize opportunities to engage customers with additional service programs.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and established work schedules.

• Utilize company-issued devices effectively.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable means of transportation is required.

• High school diploma and/or GED is necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.

• Previous leadership experience is not mandatory.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously, and regularly lift, handle, or transport moderate-weight materials or equipment (8–20 pounds).

• Travel between locations is necessary.
