Measure Tech, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-assigned measurement appointments.

• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to fulfill assigned work tasks.

• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and maintain the designated work schedule.

• Engage customers with open-ended questions and actively listen to their responses regarding projects and product requirements.

• Articulate the features and benefits of merchandise while outlining the steps for project completion.

• Exhibit knowledge of products and services while addressing customer inquiries.

• Identify potential opportunities to involve customers in additional service programs.

• Conduct in-home measurement appointments, ensuring accurate measurements, calculations, and a thorough review and presentation of quotes.

• Build, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.

• Coordinate installations and assist with sales and product inquiries.

• Primarily travel to appointments within a predefined geographical area and provide service support to company locations as required.

• Utilize company-issued devices for all tasks.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation is necessary.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously and regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing moderate amounts (8-20 pounds).

• Travel between various locations is required.

• No prior leadership experience is necessary.

• Certifications are not required.
