Measure Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Execute daily routes for pre-scheduled measurement appointments with maximum efficiency and precision.

• Conduct in-home measurement appointments.

• Establish, nurture, and enhance customer relationships through daily interactions.

• Assist with sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination.

• Deliver precise measurements, calculations, quote evaluations, and presentations.

• Engage customers with open-ended questions to understand their project and product requirements.

• Articulate product features and advantages while outlining the steps for project completion.

• Respond to customer inquiries utilizing comprehensive knowledge of products and services.

• Recognize opportunities to involve customers in additional service programs.

• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on designated tasks.

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Travel between locations as necessary.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• High school diploma and/or GED is necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Previous leadership experience is not required.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously and regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing between 8–20 pounds.
