MDM Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage, develop, and administer MDM policies, profiles, and devices.

• Utilize best practices to create new user profiles, application packages, and security policies.

• Oversee device registrations and configurations.

• Ensure adherence to security standards and policies.

• Develop and update existing profiles.

• Create, develop, and maintain knowledge documentation for support teams.

• Ensure that documentation remains current and easily accessible.

• Support large-scale projects and project management efforts.

• Collaborate with project managers and Scrum Masters on project updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Proficient in conversational English.

• Over 5 years of experience in MDM-specific administration and development for Android and Apple platforms, including involvement in or management of large-scale projects.

• Skilled in configuring and implementing user profiles for Android and Apple platforms.

• Experienced in configuring and implementing MDM security policies and application packaging for Android and Apple platforms.

• Strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
