MD Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Investigate and verify the facts surrounding losses related to basic to advanced automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within the boundaries of assigned authority.

• Utilize a fundamental understanding of the company's systems and technology.

• Collaborate to identify subrogation or fraud possibilities and the appropriate handling strategy.

• Demonstrate knowledge of company insurance policies, the insurance sector, and organizational dynamics.

• Conduct basic inquiries related to auto claim coverage, liability, and damages.

• Recognize and discern vehicle body components and potential property damage.

• Identify customer needs and respond appropriately using effective customer service skills.

• No supervisory responsibilities involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Material Damage (MD) Claims Adjuster.

• Ideally located within the CST or EST time zones.

• Proficient in managing end-to-end claims ownership.

• Skilled in liability assessment and coverage investigation.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Sharp attention to detail.

• Metrics-driven mindset with the capability to achieve performance objectives.

• Robust organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Applicants with an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and cannot hold external appointments during employment.

• Those with a resident producer license must formally surrender it when directed by the licensing team.

• Must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace while working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is required.
