This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Join Ryder as a Financial Consultant in the MBA Finance Leadership Development Program.
• Align with a Finance Team area based on your experience, career aspirations, and management priorities.
• Assist in business development and operations through costing and pricing activities, which include cost analysis, pricing strategies, billing strategies, risk-return evaluations, contract reviews, analysis, and negotiations.
• Deliver financial support and guidance to operations management to enhance account financial performance and establish suitable controls.
• Generate internal financial reports for executive management.
• Conduct monthly analyses of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to detect trends and significant variances.
• Participate in one- and three-year strategic planning, capital budgeting, and the assessment of capital investments, including acquisitions, technology, and leases.
• Assist Treasury with capital market analysis for a $6 billion debt portfolio, a $2.5 billion investment portfolio, and global banking relationships.
• Evaluate current and prospective markets, competitors, and disruptive trends/technologies, and present your findings to Executive Leadership.
• A Master's degree in finance or a relevant concentration.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a finance-related position.
• MBA Graduation Date should be Spring/Summer 2027.
• Demonstrated personal initiative and the ability to present and engage effectively with various levels of management and clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and support several projects simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Word and PowerPoint.
