Mathematics Specialist, Fluent in Spanish – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with language models regarding classroom challenges and theoretical mathematics inquiries

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and the validity of logic

• Document reproducible error traces and outline model failure modes

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Assist in training future AI models with high-quality mathematical data

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish (Latin America)

• Strong knowledge in algebra, calculus, number theory, linear algebra, differential equations, statistics, geometry, mathematical logic, and discrete mathematics

• Capability to work on real and complex analysis, optimization theory, mathematical proofs, set theory, probability distributions, cryptographic algorithms, and applied mathematics

• Effective metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate your thought process

• A master's or PhD in mathematics or a closely related quantitative discipline is preferred

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, research in pure or applied mathematics, or practical mathematical modeling will indicate a good fit
