Mathematics Specialist, Fluent in French – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with AI models regarding classroom challenges and theoretical mathematics inquiries

• Assess the accuracy of facts and the validity of logical deductions

• Document reproducible error traces and identify model failure modes

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation criteria

• Assist in training language models to enhance mathematical reasoning capabilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in mathematics covering algebra, calculus, number theory, linear algebra, differential equations, statistics, geometry, mathematical logic, and discrete mathematics

• Capability to work on real and complex analysis, optimization theory, mathematical proofs, set theory, probability distributions, cryptographic algorithms, and applied mathematics

• Fluency in French

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to “show your work”

• A master’s degree or PhD in mathematics or a closely related quantitative discipline is preferred

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, research in pure or applied mathematics, or practical experience in mathematical modeling is desirable

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection
