Math Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct dynamic and interactive online math classes for groups of up to eight students.

• Review educational materials and document lesson preparation as necessary to maintain quality.

• Successfully complete a series of classes without any absences or rescheduling.

• Facilitate small-group 90-minute weekly sessions for 6–8 students using the ClassIn platform.

• Utilize coursework and PowerPoint presentations created by the in-house development team.

• Adhere to the scheduled classes based on the availability of both students and instructors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in teaching math at the elementary, middle, or high school level, whether online or in-person.

• Capability to articulate concepts in a clear, straightforward, and logical manner.

• Ability to blend personal teaching style with established educational standards.

• Dependable, organized, and prepared to attend each scheduled lesson.

• A positive attitude, engaging personality, and willingness to communicate.

• Presentable and professional appearance.

• Proficiency in English with clear pronunciation.

• Commitment to a fixed schedule, teaching at least two classes per week.

• Fast and stable internet connection (approximately 20mbps upload and download).

• A modern, reliable computer (with a score of ~10,000+ on www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php).

• Current resume.
