Math Content Developer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop clear and original questions to evaluate students’ comprehension and application of mathematical concepts.

• Create hints and feedback that foresee common errors, identify misconceptions, and guide students toward accurate understanding.

• Compose thorough and succinct solutions.

• Input questions, hints, solutions, and feedback into content management software.

• Verify digital math content for precision.

• Provide contractors with detailed feedback on content inaccuracies, spelling, grammar, or pedagogical approaches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or PhD degree in Mathematics is mandatory.

• Recent experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics at the higher education level.

• Teaching background in Algebra, Precalculus, Calculus I–III, or Linear Algebra.

• Proven experience in crafting original homework or examination questions.

• Capability to formulate questions that assess conceptual understanding rather than merely procedural knowledge.

• Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software and technologies.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for enhancing content strategy or ensuring quality is a plus.
