📋 Description

• Craft Reddit posts and comments that seamlessly integrate into designated subreddits.

• Engage in ongoing discussions where your contributions enhance the dialogue.

• Comprehend the unique culture, expectations, regulations, and sentiments of each subreddit concerning clients’ brands.

• Detect patterns in conversations, questions, or themes that could benefit from informative content.

• Recognize chances to incorporate existing insights or materials to influence discussions on Reddit.

• Work collaboratively with internal editors and content leaders to guarantee clarity and precision.

• Occasionally assist with other content formats as required.

• Consistently achieve content volume objectives with high approval rates and minimal revisions.

• Ensure all posts and comments strictly adhere to subreddit rules to prevent removals or flags.

• Correctly implement feedback and requested modifications.

• Deliver dependable work that requires minimal supervision.

• Steadily enhance clients’ Reddit presence without compliance issues or community pushback.

• Active Reddit user with a solid understanding of the platform's dynamics.

• Demonstrated ability to engage without appearing promotional or violating subreddit or site-wide regulations.

• Clear and concise writing style that maintains a human touch.

• Capability to adapt voice to resonate with various communities and personas.

• Ability to work efficiently and contribute consistently.

• Experience in participating in or moderating subreddits.

• Samples of well-crafted posts or comments are required.

• Comfort in engaging in B2B or technical discussions when given context.

• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

• Must have availability that overlaps with the EST timezone for meetings.
