📋 Description

• Create Reddit posts and comments that seamlessly blend into specific subreddits.

• Engage in ongoing discussions where your contributions enhance the conversation.

• Grasp the unique culture, expectations, rules, and sentiments of each subreddit regarding clients’ brands.

• Detect conversation trends, inquiries, or themes that could be enriched with valuable content.

• Recognize opportunities to incorporate existing insights or materials to influence discussions on Reddit.

• Work in collaboration with internal editors and content leaders to ensure precision and clarity.

• Occasionally assist with other content types as needed.

• Consistently meet content volume objectives with high approval rates and minimal revisions.

• Ensure that posts and comments adhere to subreddit rules to avoid removals or violation flags.

• Accurately implement feedback and requested modifications.

• Reliably contribute with minimal supervision to enhance clients’ Reddit presence.

• Clear and concise writing style that maintains a human touch.

• Experience in participating in or moderating subreddits.

• Samples of impactful posts or comments you have authored.

• Comfort in engaging in B2B or technical discussions when context is provided.

• Familiarity with using AI tools.

• Capability to adhere to editorial guidelines, brand voice specifications, and content calendars.

• Attention to formatting requirements, community standards, and tonal variations among subreddits.
