Math Assessment Content Creator, ES 3 - 5

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of K-12 assessments utilizing subject matter expertise and established blueprints

• Utilize and enhance content and item management systems

• Ensure that items are consistent with state standards and adhere to best practices in item development

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and content team members

• Design engaging, interactive, and informative assessments

• Explore innovative item types enabled by AI technologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive pedagogical knowledge along with familiarity with state and national standards

• Over 2 years of classroom experience in teaching elementary school mathematics

• Experience in collaborative efforts on projects with tight deadlines

• Interest in leveraging new AI tools as aids in content creation

• Background in K-12 assessment development

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent time management capabilities

• Demonstrated cross-cultural competency skills

• Growth mindset with a readiness to innovate

• Project management skills, including proficiency with Google Docs and spreadsheets

• Openness to learning new tools

• Passionate about education

• Experience in middle school teaching and assessment (preferred)
