📋 Description

• Facilitate two 1-hour group coaching sessions weekly for the Petra Brands’ creator community.

• Instruct on practical strategies for creating hooks, storytelling, video pacing, leveraging trends, and effective call-to-action (CTA) placement specifically for TikTok and social commerce.

• Perform live teardowns, audits, and Q&A sessions to assist creators in optimizing both draft and published videos.

• Maintain an active role in the TikTok Creator Discord server.

• Respond to creator inquiries, offer constructive feedback on videos, and help troubleshoot creative challenges between live sessions.

• Provide weekly insights, trending audio/formats, and best practices to keep the community engaged and inspired.

• Assist creators in refining their short-form video strategies, enhancing content performance, and increasing engagement and conversions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history as a content creator, TikTok strategist, or influencer content coach, with a robust portfolio of successful short-form video content.

• A comprehensive understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, its algorithm, and current social commerce trends.

• Experience in delivering constructive video critiques and leading group coaching or workshop sessions.

• Excellent communication skills along with an engaging and supportive teaching approach.

• Familiarity with Discord and best practices in community management.
