This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire materials cycle, which includes verifying invoices, managing deviations, conducting physical inventory, and organizing the storage process as per the Project Preservation Manual.
• Coordinate activity execution with Site and Construction management to ensure labor and resource availability, while adhering to deadlines and contractual obligations.
• Offer technical guidance to the team and supervise subcontractors, ensuring high service quality and the proper receipt of materials and instruments for installation and commissioning.
• Guarantee technical compliance of work with specifications, standards, and quality guidelines, maintaining the latest revisions of all technical documentation on site.
• Handle 100% of nonconformities (NCRs) by requesting reports, resolving technical challenges in collaboration with Engineering, and ensuring the swift replacement of materials without disrupting field operations.
• Assume responsibility for the safety of all personnel on site, ensuring adherence to company safety standards and local regulations at all times.
• Provide technical assistance to both the client and internal team, fostering continuous improvement in processes and sharing insights across the organization.
• Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in warehouse analysis and industrial materials management.
• Intermediate proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
• Willingness to travel frequently for international and domestic assignments at project locations.
