This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the entire materials cycle, including invoice verification, discrepancy management, physical inventory, and storage processes in line with the Project Preservation Manual.
β’ Collaborate with the Site and Construction management teams to plan activity execution, ensuring the availability of labor and resources while adhering to deadlines and contractual obligations.
β’ Offer technical guidance to the team and supervise subcontractors, ensuring service quality and managing the receipt of materials and equipment for assembly and commissioning.
β’ Guarantee that all work is technically compliant with specifications, standards, and quality guidelines, while keeping the technical documentation at the site updated to reflect the latest revisions.
β’ Manage all nonconformities (NCRs) by requesting reports, resolving technical challenges in collaboration with Engineering, and ensuring timely material replacements without disrupting field operations.
β’ Ensure the safety of all site personnel by enforcing strict adherence to company safety standards and local regulations throughout all activities.
β’ Provide technical assistance to the client and internal teams, fostering continuous process enhancements and disseminating lessons learned across the organization.
β’ A completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
β’ Prior experience in warehouse operations analysis and the management of industrial materials.
β’ Intermediate proficiency in English is advantageous.
β’ Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
β’ Willingness and availability for frequent travel both domestically and internationally, as well as assignments at project sites.
