This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Train, certify, and recertify production associates on processes related to material stocking.
• Ensure that safety, quality, and productivity standards, as well as metrics, are achieved and upheld.
• Remain updated on changes in processes and develop or maintain relevant documentation.
• Suggest improvements to training content, materials, and assessments.
• Create, revise, and maintain Standardized Operating Procedure documents under the guidance of production leadership.
• Facilitate orientation sessions for new Material Stockers.
• Review safety, quality, performance requirements, SAP T-codes, and other technical competencies.
• Objectively assess the performance of Material Stockers.
• Conduct performance audits as directed and provide documented feedback to team leads and managers.
• Attend regular training meetings and plan, resource, and implement training initiatives.
• Collaborate with the manager to coordinate monthly training schedules and provide recertification training.
• Engage in safety programs, safety inspections, I-engage, and I-observe initiatives.
• Participate in facility Kaizen/6S events and contribute to regular 6S audits.
• Uphold housekeeping standards.
• Offer feedback during the development of processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Associates must not have accepted a job through a posting in the prior six (6) months, with specified exceptions.
• Associates must not have been removed from or voluntarily stepped down from the same position in the last six months.
• No written disciplinary warnings should be issued within six (6) months of the posting date.
• Must possess no fewer than 17 UTO hours.
• Must be available to work over 8 hours per day and more than 40 hours per week.
• Must satisfy all minimum qualifications specified in the job bid.
