Material Master Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage Master Data in accordance with data quality, compliance, and control regulations.

• Ensure MDM Operations documentation is consistently updated.

• Carry out Master Material Coordinator responsibilities throughout Master Data maintenance processes, controls, SLAs, and problem resolution.

• Act as the primary contact for the MDM CoE and the business.

• Inform business users about the status of their requests, including any rejections and the reasons behind them.

• Comply with SLAs and report or escalate any exceptions to the Operations domain Lead.

• Assist in MDM field audits.

• Advise on business processes and systemic requirements that affect ERP systems, especially SAP and/or Master Data.

• Evaluate process performance and strive for top-tier Master Data quality and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 2 years of experience in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations.

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or Business Analytics, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V Look-up, pivot tables, etc.).

• Experience in implementing MDM within a Shared Services environment preferred.

• Background in interfacing with business operational customers and IT.

• Familiarity with MDM application systems as a key user, ideally SAP and SAP MDG.

• Experience performing root cause analysis.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
