This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +2 more states.
• Develop detailed damage estimates for both first- and third-party material damage claims to ensure appropriate resolution.
• Analyze regulatory compliance and equitable claims practices.
• Negotiate settlements, process settlement payments, and maintain documentation in intricate files.
• Implement policy interpretations across all policy varieties offered by the company.
• Support leadership with formal training sessions and ad hoc training initiatives.
• Generate damage estimates for first- and third-party material damage losses across all severity levels.
• Foster relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Act as a peer mentor after gaining proficiency in processes and achieving technical expertise.
• No supervisory responsibilities are included.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Candidates with an active insurance license must resign from all current appointments prior to onboarding and cannot maintain outside appointments during employment.
• Applicants pursuing an adjuster position who possess a resident producer license must formally surrender it when directed by the licensing team.
• A dedicated home office environment free from distractions is required.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
• Proficiency in estimating fundamentals for first- and third-party material damage losses is essential.
• In-depth understanding of company policy-type interpretations is needed.
• Technical proficiency in material damage claims is required.
• Competencies in audit management, auto insurance claims, business acumen, business administration, business management, customer focus, digital literacy, inclusive leadership, learning agility, material damage claims, oral communication, presentations, process consulting, relationship management, results orientation, team mentorship, and training are essential.
• Complete technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse.
