Master's/PhD Fellow – Applied Data Scientist, Routing and Scheduling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Enhance workforce routing and scheduling efficiency.

• Gather data and establish rules, perform geographic clustering, and develop predictive models for demand and duration.

• Implement an Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search (ALNS) solver utilizing custom operators.

• Conduct validation against four baseline models through backtesting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a PhD or Master's degree.

• Hold a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics.

• Proficient in mathematical modeling techniques within Operations Research.

• Experience with solvers such as CPLEX, Gurobi, CBC, and HiGHS.

• Skilled in Python programming and Data Science.
