Manager, Data Operations Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee teams tasked with ingesting, processing, and delivering files throughout the organization.

• Establish clear performance standards and metrics for team effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Team Leads and Individual Contributors to analyze performance patterns and address business obstacles.

• Work together with cross-functional teams to define business requirements for client implementations, resolve issues, manage renewals, and handle change requests.

• Engage in the development of requirements for new or improved product features.

• Offer guidance and support for leadership development initiatives.

• Manage specific components of the data pipeline, which include handoffs, monitoring, quality assurance, and workflow management.

• Supervise the thorough documentation of data analysis and engineering processes, architectures, and workflows.

• Design, construct, and uphold data pipelines, models, and solutions.

• Analyze insurance claim mappings, import/export files, and eligibility files for troubleshooting purposes.

• Identify technical problems stemming from incorrect enrollment or changes in enrollment on EDI files, coordinating resolution with engineering teams.

• Oversee client implementation, EDI testing, implementations, and system upgrades.

• Convert business requirements into actionable solutions that align with organizational objectives.

• Develop ad hoc SQL queries to assist Operations.

• Create and maintain file transmissions utilizing file transfer tools such as GoAnywhere and MoveIt.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, though not mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with healthcare-related EDI transactions, including 834, 835, 837, and 270/271 (TPA Roles only).

• At least 3 years of experience with claims adjudication systems like QicLink, Eldorado, GIAS, etc. (TPA Roles only).

• Preferred 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.

• Familiarity with insurance claims, import/export files, and eligibility files.

• Experience with electronic data interchange (EDI) files.

• Proficient in SQL queries.

• Experience with file transfer tools such as GoAnywhere and MoveIt.

• Capacity to design, build, and maintain data pipelines, models, and solutions.

• Ability to manage data pipeline handoffs, monitoring processes, quality controls, and workflows.
