Master Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and manage your own plumbing, heating, and HVAC enterprise.

• Engage in projects at construction sites.

• Execute customer projects effectively.

• Assume full responsibility for your business operations.

• Collaborate with HW Gründerkapital on customer acquisition, administration, quotes, estimates, bookkeeping, payroll, and purchasing.

• Qualification as a master craftsman or extensive experience as a senior technician in plumbing, heating, and HVAC.

• Hands-on experience in the field.
