Master Generative AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and launch production-ready applications utilizing LLMs and foundational models through AWS Bedrock.

• Construct and enhance RAG architectures for extensive document repositories.

• Implement and manage multi-agent AI systems using AWS Bedrock Agents and the AgentCore frameworks.

• Design scalable AI pipelines that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.

• Develop backend services and APIs for AI applications using Python and contemporary frameworks.

• Execute containerization and deployment strategies effectively.

• Establish monitoring and observability solutions to assess AI system performance, quality, and costs.

• Create and refine prompts and templates to optimize LLM behavior.

• Utilize advanced prompt engineering techniques.

• Assess and fine-tune models for designated use cases.

• Experiment with model configurations, hyperparameters, and architectures.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Review emerging foundational models and maintain knowledge of generative AI research.

• Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing initiatives.

• Engage in Sales initiatives related to Generative AI.

• Work alongside product managers, data scientists, solution architects, and engineers to deliver production-ready AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional software engineering experience.

• Experience in full-stack development.

• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundational model APIs.

• Familiarity with agentic architecture and implementation, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and AutoGen.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization techniques.

• Experience in utilizing data for agentic systems with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and OpenSearch.

• Experience with embedding models or Knowledge Graphs.

• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.

• Proficiency in Python along with modern frameworks and libraries.
