Master Full Stack Developer, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehend product specifications and engineer technical solutions accordingly.

• Take ownership of features from inception to completion on a cloud-based enterprise platform.

• Develop backend services utilizing Python and frontend applications with React.

• Design and manage REST APIs, data contracts, and integrations with external systems.

• Create resilient systems employing asynchronous processing, retries, and fault tolerance mechanisms.

• Contribute to the development of design systems, reusable components, and Storybook.

• Utilize PostgreSQL, Temporal, Docker, and AWS Bedrock technologies.

• Write tests, adhere to accessibility standards, and sustain the user interface.

• Investigate and resolve bugs in both production and development environments.

• Enhance observability using OpenTelemetry and Grafana tools.

• Implement CI/CD using Terraform and GitHub Actions.

• Participate in architectural decisions and elevate engineering standards.

• Leverage AI tools for design, coding, and troubleshooting, applying sound engineering judgment.

• Provide support for live projects and ensure the platform remains operational.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Hands-on experience in production with both backend and frontend technologies.

• Practical experience with Python, REST APIs, Docker, API Gateway, and PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with event-driven/async processing, message queues, and workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal.

• Experience utilizing GitHub Actions and observability tools like OpenTelemetry and Grafana.

• Proficient in React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML/CSS, responsive UI, and REST integration.

• Knowledge of Storybook, frontend testing with Playwright, and Git.

• Understanding of Terraform and design systems.

• Capability to convert product requirements into technical designs and functional software.

• Knowledge of distributed systems, resilience patterns, and authentication technologies such as OAuth, OIDC, SSO, and RBAC.

• Experience in troubleshooting and fixing production bugs.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards.

• Ability to incorporate AI as a fundamental part of the workflow and validate, correct, and oversee its output.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Nice to have: experience with AI/LLM integrations, enterprise SaaS, Jest/Cypress, scalable design systems, cloud frontend deployments, and mentoring.
