Master Clinical Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for EMR Services, focusing primarily on the Beacon application with minimal supervision.

• Oversee and engage in system development, testing, implementation support, and maintenance of designated Epic applications.

• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and deadlines.

• Relay team performance metrics to upper management and offer feedback for team member evaluations.

• Conduct comprehensive analysis, troubleshooting, data gathering, and root cause investigations.

• Evaluate and test product releases, communicating necessary operational adjustments.

• Document, adhere to, and enforce system change control procedures.

• Coordinate with analysts, system vendors, and operations to uphold system integrity and fulfill business requirements.

• Research, analyze, facilitate, and implement business and system workflows aimed at process enhancement.

• Identify best practices and implement opportunities for standardization.

• Prepare activity reports and other relevant documentation.

• Offer on-call application support.

• Provide procedural and technical direction and oversight to team members.

• Lead configuration, maintenance, testing, optimization, integrations, security, and production modifications.

• Lead and assist with IT projects, implementations, upgrades, requirements gathering, documentation, and deployment.

• Create system documentation, training materials, reports, audit trails, change controls, and business continuity plans.

• Assist with project cost analysis, estimates, budget validation, and fiscal or metric-related tasks.

• Maintain certifications and stay updated on industry, regulatory, and technological advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science, nursing, or a related healthcare field, coupled with four (4) years of experience in application systems development and testing, which includes at least two (2) years in a healthcare delivery system and one (1) year in managing a process and/or application; or

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, nursing, or a related healthcare field, accompanied by six (6) years of the specified experience; or

• Associate's degree in computer science, nursing, or a related healthcare field, along with eight (8) years of the specified experience; or

• High School diploma/GED with ten (10) years of the specified experience.

• Required Epic Beacon certification.

• Must hold certification in alignment with the IT Epic Certification Policy.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Professional software suite.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.

• Preferred experience of at least two years in a leadership role with teams or projects.

• Proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

• Annual TB screening and criminal background check are required.
