Mass Appraisal, Property Assessment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess CAMA models, valuation techniques, and ratio-study effectiveness in line with IAAO standards.

• Offer technical support and training for assessors.

• Evaluate data quality, validate sales, and oversee assessment administration.

• Suggest improvements for processes and systems.

• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narratives to AlphaGov proposals when permitted to be mentioned.

• Verify scope, schedule, and fees prior to the commencement of any engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mass appraisal or real property assessment.

• Proficient understanding of IAAO standards and ratio studies.

• Comfortable working as a 1099 project-based consultant.

• IAAO designation (CAE, RES, AAS) is a plus.

• Experience in assessment in New York or Pennsylvania is advantageous.

• Skills in statistical modeling are a bonus.
