MarTech Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for the marketing automation framework utilizing Airtable, GCP, and GitHub alongside Claude Code and Claude CoWork.

• Continuously enhance the marketing automation system to function as a dynamic entity.

• Manage, develop, and optimize automated integrations and data flows across various platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other advertising networks.

• Optimize marketing operations and creative production processes.

• Remove manual tasks for cross-functional teams.

• Work collaboratively with UA Managers, PMMs, Designers, Marketing Manager, and Product Engineers to pinpoint operational inefficiencies.

• Deploy intelligent automation solutions.

• Evaluate marketing methodologies and decide what processes should be automated and what should remain manual.

• Create and sustain a scalable infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months experience in Marketing Operations, MarTech, or Automation.

• Experience in high-volume Operations or Performance Marketing is advantageous.

• Knowledge of fundamental marketing processes, advertising platform mechanics (Meta, Google, TikTok), and marketing data workflows.

• Significant experience with Low-Code/No-Code AI workflows, including Claude Cowork and Claude Code.

• Basic coding management abilities, including confidently pushing code to GitHub with Claude Code.

• A foundational understanding of APIs, webhooks, and connectors is a plus.

• Practical experience with Airtable automation is a strong asset.

• Strong analytical skills.
