This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in the intake, implementation, and launch of new Marketplace partners from the initial evaluation phase to the go-live stage.
• Guide partners through the process of agreements and legalities, integration planning, API connectivity, documentation, development certification, go-to-market readiness, and setting up revenue and adoption tracking.
• Counsel partners on the optimal integration pathway based on API specifications, development requirements, partner capabilities, and Marketplace priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and other internal teams to address obstacles and ensure timely launches for partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for Tier 2 and Tier 3 Marketplace partners, while providing ongoing support for Tier 1 partners as necessary.
• Enhance solution adoption, customer engagement, and revenue generated through partner teams and internal go-to-market stakeholders.
• Oversee continuous partner support, addressing inquiries and technical needs related to existing integrations.
• Track partner health, usage, adoption, revenue contributions, and overall performance indicators.
• Refine KPIs and partner health metrics to enhance visibility, prioritization, and performance management.
• Equip customer-facing teams with solution positioning, support resources, and partner-specific guidance.
• Identify risks, indicators of churn, barriers to adoption, and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Maintain records for partners, launch documentation, implementation status, and performance tracking.
• Streamline onboarding and partner management processes to boost speed and consistency.
• Lead special projects aimed at standardizing processes, enhancing reporting, and scaling Marketplace support.
• Establish repeatable operational rhythms, documentation, and reporting practices across partner workflows.
• Minimum of 4 years in B2B relationship management, sales, partnerships, or business development.
• A genuine passion for managing, nurturing, and expanding strategic partner relationships.
• Capability to foresee partner needs, recognize emerging opportunities, and formulate long-term growth strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to convert growth opportunities into actionable plans.
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and driving alignment across various teams.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from associates to executives.
• Ability to hold both internal and external stakeholders accountable for shared initiatives and projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, curiosity, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Skilled in managing multiple partners, projects, and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Process-oriented mindset aimed at developing faster, cleaner, and more scalable workflows.
• Proficiency in utilizing partner performance, pipeline, and business metrics to inform decisions and reveal opportunities.
• Experience with managing API-based or integrated technology partnerships is a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS marketplaces, platform ecosystems, and partner channels is an advantage.
• Comfort with dashboards, CRM tools, and performance metrics is desirable.
• Background in working directly with founders, C-suite executives, and at startup or growth-stage companies is a plus.
