Marketing Success Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Assist the Marketing Success Manager with daily operations to guarantee client satisfaction and retention.

• Coordinate follow-up activities and track client progress.

• Produce daily reports.

• Keep abreast of customer needs and requirements.

• Communicate with clients and their office personnel through texts, emails, and phone calls.

• Respond to client inquiries within strict timelines.

• Prepare slide decks, documents, and spreadsheets as necessary.

• Acquire knowledge of new software for auditing and analytical tasks.

• Retrieve information from clients' databases.

• Generate management reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication abilities in both spoken and written English.

• Previous experience in client communication (local or international).

• Basic computer skills.

• Familiarity with Zoom and Google Docs/Spreadsheets applications.

• Experience in handling complaints.

• Previous work experience in customer service or a related field.

• Must be available to work 8 hours per day during designated Sri Lanka time shifts.

• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

• Strong commitment to meeting deadlines.

• Must be a permanent resident of Sri Lanka or possess a valid work permit to work in Sri Lanka.

• Must have a personal computer capable of handling job responsibilities.

• Willingness to install and utilize tools such as Zoom, Skype, and Slack.

• Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace for an 8-hour shift.

• Must have stable, high-speed internet access.

• Must have a secondary internet source available for power outages.

• Must accept the proposed gross salary of 90,000 LKR per month during the six-month probation period.

• Must be comfortable working the specified night shifts.

• Mandatory video submission required as part of the application process.
