Marketing Specialist, Campaigns – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid digital platforms, organic social media, website, and events.

• Design, schedule, and oversee newsletters, lifecycle and nurture sequences, as well as campaign-specific email initiatives.

• Manage CRM and marketing automation systems, including HubSpot, while handling lists and basic segmentation.

• Oversee the marketing calendar, coordinating campaign timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder involvement.

• Ensure precise tracking, tagging, and attribution across all marketing touchpoints.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics, including opens, clicks, and conversions, and identify opportunities for enhancements.

• Assist in maintaining email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with CAN-SPAM and opt-in/opt-out regulations.

• Keep marketing templates, checklists, and process documentation up to date.

• Facilitate marketing project intake and manage requests from Outreach, Intake, People, and Clinical teams.

• Help with website content updates and the creation of campaign landing pages.

• Suggest new campaigns, process enhancements, and content ideas.

• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned.

• Report to the Director of Marketing and work according to briefs and timelines specified by the Senior Manager, Brand & Marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related coordination/operations role (required).

• Proven experience in building, scheduling, and managing email marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.

• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation/CRM platform such as HubSpot.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on multiple concurrent tasks.

• Strong written communication abilities and confidence in presenting straightforward performance summaries to a manager.

• Demonstrated initiative through process enhancements, idea generation, or involvement in projects beyond assigned responsibilities.

• Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva and web content management systems.

• Willingness to learn about campaign strategy and operations, with aspirations to advance into a managerial role.
