This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Implement, enhance, and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies across designated client accounts.
• Manage client account responsibilities, campaigns, deliverables, timelines, optimizations, reporting requirements, and follow-up tasks.
• Assist in campaign development and launches, encompassing setup, budget management, optimization, quality assurance, reporting configuration, tagging, and performance tracking.
• Track campaign performance, budget adherence, overall campaign health, reporting precision, and platform configuration.
• Spot issues, opportunities, and areas needing additional assistance.
• Collaborate with practice leads, Client Services, creative teams, content developers, analytics, and MarTech teams.
• Conduct quality assurance across campaign setup, tracking, reporting, creative assets, content, and other deliverables.
• Create and uphold performance reporting.
• Convert campaign outcomes and trends into insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps.
• Convey challenges, risks, performance issues, and executional problems while working with stakeholders to address them.
• Over 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency setting.
• Proficiency in managing various digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, paid search, paid social, SEO, organic social, programmatic advertising, analytics, and graphic design.
• Experience in overseeing multiple clients, campaigns, projects, and timelines concurrently.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, programmatic platforms, Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools, and project management tools like Asana.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Figma, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and subsequent actions.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams in a dynamic agency environment.
• Proficient in English (C1+).
