📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the founders to develop marketing and sales initiatives.

• Strategically plan, compose, and implement social media campaigns and posts.

• Assist in building and managing partnerships with content creators while engaging communities.

• Create and edit videos, along with producing digital content for social media platforms and sales efforts.

• Interact with potential customers through social media channels.

• Generate memes and represent YouCould's voice.

• Highly driven and passionate about contributing to the growth of an early-stage company.

• Flexible in handling a variety of tasks and meticulous in their execution.

• Eager to grow and learn alongside the company, with a commitment to continuous improvement and an open mindset.

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in business, IT, creative fields, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional command of English, both verbal and written.

• Ability to thrive in a remote working environment.

• Solid understanding of internet meme culture and current trends in at least one key market: gaming, lifestyle, or sports.

• Proficient in using AI tools for content creation, campaign organization, and post management.

• Application must include a CV, a motivation summary in note form, and a summary of knowledge regarding the creator economy.
