📋 Description

• Develop and execute campaigns focused on tournaments, major game launches, live operations, and audience-specific announcements.

• Maintain engaging and dynamic feeds with entertainment, memes, user-generated content, valuable tips, and community discussions.

• Transform campaigns into structured plans detailing concepts, formats, channels, timelines, and success metrics.

• Collaborate with creative teams to produce content, crafting compelling copy, captions, and hooks.

• Manage live campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp community.

• Stay updated on gaming trends, memes, slang, creators, and conversations, translating them into actionable ideas.

• Foster community engagement through challenges, polls, user-generated content, shout-outs, and live events.

• Partner with creators to amplify local voices and personalities on the channels.

• Analyze and report on campaign reach, follower growth, engagement metrics, sentiment, and brand mentions.

• Serve as a cultural touchstone to ensure content resonates authentically with local audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, community engagement, or content creation, either in an agency or in-house (a strong personal or creator portfolio is also valuable).

• A portfolio showcasing campaigns or posts you've developed and managed, including measurable results.

• Extensive understanding of youth culture and a genuine passion for gaming.

• Excellent, witty, native-sounding copywriting skills tailored for social media.

• Proficient in working across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, and scheduling software.

• Highly organized and efficient: capable of transitioning from concept to live campaign within days, not weeks.

• Comfortable on camera is an advantage, though not mandatory.
