This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of Gecko Events' marketing strategy encompassing content, social media, paid campaigns, and SEO.
• Oversee the strategy and execution for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Produce reels, behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and event summaries.
• Initiate, assess, and enhance Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Increase organic traffic through effective SEO practices and content ranking.
• Manage the Webflow website, including landing pages and updates.
• Transform team-building concepts into marketable products complete with names, narratives, and pages.
• Develop sales materials such as case studies, presentations, and reviews.
• Organize and oversee company retreats and client events from start to finish.
• Construct agendas, timelines, and event logistics.
• Coordinate venues, catering, activities, and transportation through the partner network.
• Handle event budgets and ensure events stay on track.
• Travel to events both in Spain and internationally.
• Execute events on-site, host activities, and facilitate team bonding.
• Represent Gecko Events both on camera and in person.
• Experience in marketing, content creation, and event management.
• Junior to mid-level profile; proven work that reflects value based on past experience.
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
• Proficient in social media, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta paid media.
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Competence in shooting and editing video using a smartphone.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Aesthetic sensibility and a good eye for design.
• Capability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Creative mindset with a passion for developing new formats and experiences.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions at events.
• Resilience and composure in problem-solving during events.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
• Knowledge of CapCut or similar video editing applications.
• Experience with Webflow.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with Claude and Claude Code, or a willingness to rapidly master these tools.
• Readiness to travel for events in both Spain and internationally.
