This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review and structure existing case studies, pitch materials, presentations, white papers, points of view, credentials content, research, and other marketing assets.
• Create and sustain a centralized repository for marketing and business development resources.
• Define standards for tagging, categorization, naming conventions, and version control.
• Organize content according to industry, capability, service, client challenges, business outcomes, target audience, and use cases.
• Assess and assist in the implementation of a content and knowledge management platform and its framework.
• Develop processes for submitting, evaluating, updating, approving, and retiring content.
• Create inventories of content, capability summaries, pitch libraries, and reference materials.
• Identify gaps in content and propose new materials as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, New Business, and subject matter experts to create case studies and client stories.
• Convert complex projects into coherent, engaging narratives that emphasize client objectives, strategies, and business impacts.
• Collect information through interviews, documentation, performance metrics, and internal research.
• Keep approved case studies, proof points, and client success stories updated.
• Assist with pitch decks, RFP responses, credential presentations, one-pagers, and other new business documents.
• Tailor relevant case studies, capabilities, proof points, and thought leadership for prospects and pitch narratives.
• Provide support for pitch resources, templates, and lab materials.
• Collect and adapt materials, narratives, research, and proof points from new business initiatives.
• Contribute to white papers, points of view, playbooks, research summaries, and other thought leadership pieces.
• Transform content into presentations, social media content, and sales enablement materials.
• Utilize Canva, PowerPoint, AI-enabled tools, and other resources to create and enhance content.
• Oversee projects, stakeholders, and deadlines within Marketing and New Business.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Manage feedback and approvals across various teams.
• Maintain documentation and communicate proactively as priorities evolve.
• Report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with the Director of New Business, Marketing, Business Development, subject matter experts, and organizational leaders.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, agency marketing, new business, proposals, sales enablement, marketing operations, communications, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting pitches, RFPs, proposals, credential presentations, or other materials related to growth.
• Proven capability to influence and align stakeholders across departments without direct authority.
• Demonstrated experience in developing case studies, customer stories, white papers, points of view, presentations, or similar content.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and project management abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing substantial amounts of information.
• Experience in creating or maintaining content libraries, knowledge bases, asset repositories, or structured information systems.
• Ability to comprehend complex services and client projects and translate them into concise, compelling narratives.
• Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with content management, knowledge management, or digital asset management platforms.
• Strong judgment and an understanding of what constitutes useful, credible, and persuasive marketing content.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and willing to take ownership in a developing role.
