This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and execution for product marketing across various product and service lines.
• Create positioning and messaging tailored for K-12 buyer personas.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, websites, content, email, paid advertising, and marketing automation programs.
• Manage SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
• Design and supervise multi-channel campaigns from inception to execution.
• Develop Buyer Journeys for each business unit.
• Spearhead demand generation activities that raise awareness, generate interest, and populate the sales pipeline.
• Build, manage, and enhance systems for monitoring lead volume, quality, and funnel conversion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead fit and readiness based on data insights.
• Provide sales tools, content, and resources, while supporting their effective utilization.
• Link marketing outcomes with sales execution, including lead handoff, follow-up cadence, and feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate with Product teams to synchronize marketing and product strategies from development through to market launch.
• Integrate buyer and market insights into product planning.
• Lead, develop, and nurture a marketing team.
• Establish strategic direction while actively participating in problem-solving alongside the team.
• Support corporate marketing and branding initiatives, including the company narrative, thought leadership, and industry presence.
• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
• Over 10 years of experience in growth-oriented marketing, sales/sales support, product marketing, or demand generation roles, with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience marketing to and/or selling into K-12 school districts.
• Direct experience interacting with superintendents, chiefs of administration, chiefs of schools, principals, and other district-level decision-makers.
• Extensive knowledge of the K-12 school improvement and turnaround landscape.
• Proven expertise in SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
• Strong grasp of buyer discovery and engagement across search and AI-driven platforms.
• Demonstrated success in crafting messaging and positioning for education sector buyers that drive sales.
• Proven track record in managing lead tracking, attribution, and quality assessment across marketing and sales systems.
• Established experience in constructing Buyer Journeys across various business units or product lines.
• Proven ability to plan and execute demand generation programs that yield a quality pipeline and lead to new sales.
• Experience in people leadership with a history of fostering high-performing teams.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Strong data orientation and ownership of funnel metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate educational products and concepts into messaging relevant to buyers.
• Capacity to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive leadership.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
