Marketing Expert – Social Media, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create task briefs informed by actual social media activities, including the identified issue and the decisions a capable practitioner should make.

• Define the necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states that are essential for realistic tasks.

• Draft or evaluate reference answers and criteria that differentiate strong responses from those that are plausible yet incorrect.

• Assess AI agent attempts against established practitioner standards.

• Identify issues arising from disorganized or conflicting data.

• Prioritize tasks and make necessary trade-offs.

• Strategize and implement social media initiatives.

• Conduct quality assurance and reconciliation processes.

• Manage triage and escalation effectively.

• Engage in research and evaluation activities.

• Prepare comprehensive reports.

• Coordinate multi-step tasks across various tools.

• Oversee social inbox management, execute campaigns and publishing, analyze share-of-voice, and make response judgment calls for owned brand channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience managing brand social media.

• Proven track record of owning social media accounts and inboxes.

• Proficiency in a social management platform like Sprout Social.

• Ability to interpret native platform analytics.

• Prior experience in developing AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly desirable.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Strong written reasoning skills.

• Completion of a brief multiple-choice knowledge screener focused on the social media sub-domain.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
