Marketing Expert – Social Media, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop task briefs derived from actual social media operations, detailing the identified issues and the decisions a skilled practitioner should make.

• Identify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task creation.

• Compose or evaluate reference responses and criteria that differentiate strong answers from plausible but incorrect ones.

• Analyze AI agent attempts and assess them against established practitioner standards.

• Design and evaluate tasks that involve diagnosing complex or conflicting data, prioritization, trade-offs, planning, execution, quality assurance, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration.

• Manage social inbox operations, campaign execution, publishing, share-of-voice analysis, and decision-making for owned-brand responses.

• Collaborate on initiatives that train and enhance AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience managing brand social accounts, including ownership of the account and inbox.

• Proficient in a social management platform such as Sprout Social.

• Comfortable interpreting native platform analytics.

• Previous experience in building AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly preferred.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Ability to articulate clear written reasoning and justify decisions effectively.

• Completion of a brief multiple-choice knowledge assessment specific to the social media sub-domain.

• Candidates must not be H-1B or STEM OPT holders, as Mercor is unable to support these applicants.
