Marketing Expert – Social Media, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create task briefs rooted in real social media activities, outlining the issues being assessed and the decisions a proficient practitioner should make.

• Detail the necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states essential for realistic tasks.

• Write or evaluate reference answers and criteria that differentiate strong responses from those that are plausible yet incorrect.

• Assess AI agent attempts and measure them against professional benchmarks.

• Engage in tasks that involve diagnosing messy or conflicting data, prioritization, trade-offs, planning, execution, quality assurance, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration.

• Design and rigorously test Social Media environments.

• Manage social inboxes, execute campaigns and publishing, conduct share-of-voice analysis, and make judgment calls for brand channels.

• Partner with top researchers on AI training initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience as a brand social practitioner; held responsibility for account and inbox management.

• Proficient in a social management platform such as Sprout Social.

• Able to interpret analytics from native platforms.

• Previous experience in creating AI training environments, reinforcement learning settings, or simulated case studies is highly desirable.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Must complete a brief multiple-choice knowledge assessment specific to the social media sub-domain.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.
