Marketing Expert – Paid Growth, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop task briefs derived from genuine paid acquisition tasks

• Determine the objectives of each task, including identified issues and the decisions that proficient practitioners should make

• Outline necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for authentic task scenarios

• Compose or critique reference responses and establish criteria that differentiate strong answers from plausible-but-incorrect ones

• Assess AI agent outputs and measure them against expert benchmarks

• Design and rigorously test Paid Growth environments

• Engage in campaign diagnostics, budget distribution, funnel and pipeline assessment, lead recovery, account-based marketing, and optimization of web and pricing journeys

• Analyze capabilities such as diagnosis, prioritization, trade-offs, planning, execution, quality assurance, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration

• Collaborate with AI labs, businesses, and top researchers to train and improve AI systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns

• Experience overseeing paid acquisition budgets and outcomes

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4

• Previous experience in creating AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly preferred

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred

• Excellent written communication skills

• Successful completion of a brief multiple-choice knowledge assessment relevant to the sub-domain

• Must be engaged as an independent contractor

• Currently unable to accommodate H1-B or STEM OPT candidates
