Marketing, Events, Design Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop and disseminate engaging marketing materials

• Offer event assistance through compelling design resources

• Work closely with the events team to guarantee smooth logistics

• Improve participant experiences and boost event attendance via digital platforms

• Design visually striking, brand-aligned emails using Pardot

• Enhance email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement

• Oversee the maintenance of the company website

• Create captivating landing pages

• Execute SEO strategies in partnership with the marketing team

• Produce visually engaging digital content across multiple channels

• Leverage data-driven insights to refine and enhance marketing initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, branding, graphic design, or a related discipline, or a comparable combination of education and experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in addition to the educational criteria mentioned above

• Proficient understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud

• Familiar with CMS Platforms (Kentico preferred)

• Proficient in email marketing platforms (Pardot preferred)

• Experience with HTML/CSS is preferred (not mandatory)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities required

• Exceptional organizational, self-management, and multitasking/prioritization skills required

• Demonstrated cross-team collaboration skills with the ability to gather feedback that ensures project clarity and results in high-quality work and alignment of team goals
